My Computer isn't recognizing the CD drives.?

I have two CD drives, G and F. My computer use to read both but now it only recognizes/reads one of them (F). What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

  1. I would have thought g drive is for a sd card reader, but still could be wrong

    Is the cd drive an external usb device.
