My Computer/tv won't work!! (the tv bit the computer is fine!)

its just a problem with my tv

i brought a hp computer a few weeks ago it was not in stock so they gave us the display computer and the tv signal work fine for about a week and a half then the screen went totally white but you could still listen to it what does this mean!!

the model of my computer is HP Pavilion Slimline s3350.

we sent an email to HP Health Care and did everything they told us to but itdidn'tt work, does anyone have any idea what i can do!!

my monitor is HP w2207h

i tried with another cable still the same problem

im not going to buy another moniter for like £300 i dont have the money

Its under warranty, so take it back to the shop
