My Computer wont read my ipod! Please help!?

Question

I plpluggedy ipod classic 80 gig into my computer.

Its ccurrentlyfrom a long period of usage on a vacation, and its says on my iPods Screen "Connected" but on the itunes screen its wont recognize my ipod at all. Please help!

the same thing happened to mine and when i plugged it in to my sisters it downloaded all of her music and  worked just fine so its something with your computer probably
