My Cornea CT1702T flatscreen monitor

My Cornea CT1702T flatscreen monitor does not turn on; and, I noticed there is no light on the power adapter. Is there a fuse in the power adapter?Do I need to buy a new power adapter; or, can it be repaired?Thanks Alot
