My Customized LaunchCast Station is GONE!?

Question

I have been a paying member of LaunchCast for over 2-3 years now. I have over 30K ratings. I went to log in today and it didn't work. So i went to the website and it asked me to SET ONE UP! I HAD ONE! it is now gone .... 30,000! ratings and it is gone. Anyone else ever hear of this.

P.s. does anyone else think yahoo sucks with helping thier customers? I can't find anywhere i can e-mail someone for help about this.

I started to ask this question myself....

My station seems to have vanished too.  I have been using Launchcast Plus for many years and had several "moods" saved.  I am quite upset.  I cannot find an explanation anywhere of what has happened.

After my intial shock and anger, I tried to set one up (as asked to do on the music homepage) but it would not save my settings.  And the radio stations will not load either.

I had the same problem last night.  I have 2 computers at home.  On the one where my station disappeared, I was using the new Yahoo Music beta.  On my other PC, I hadn't switched over to the new Music beta site, and my station was working fine there.  Back on PC #1, I went back to the old Music site, but that didn't change anything.  Then I deleted my temporary internet files and all cookies related to Yahoo, and rebooted.  That fixed the problem.  I suggest you do the same, if you haven't already.

I have the same problem with Music Jukebox.  I went to listen to Launch Cast radio and they no longer accept my ID or PW.  Everything is gone with no notice and now not even any help or answers.  Is it because they want us to pay and not keep getting free music ?  It is still downloaded on my PC .They do not make it easy to contact them for help either.

That has happened to me a few times. Don't create another station! Every time, I just delete my cookies and temp files, exit yahoo messenger, restart it, and the station's back.

Let's all call up Yahoo in the morning - [phone]. I'm having the same problems with YMJ and cannot access LaunchCast. We should get what we paid for and be compensated.

I am having the same problem, I log in, but instead of seeing my station, I am prompted to create a new one. I am pretty unhappy. I lost my station mid afternoon yesterday.

I had to clear my EI history and cookies, but when I did so, everything was working. If you have Firefox or some other browser, going to your station with that is a good way to test.
