My DNA test says I am 87%Mediterranian, 99% Arabian, & 63%Northeast European. What does that mean?

No, but DNA tests can be mistaken. Or, you could be. Maybe it's 87%, 9.9%, 6.3%?

No, that'd come out to 103.2.. Well that's pretty close anyway. Yeah, it's probably mistaken.

Did the testers give you the name of your haplogroup ie H (Helena), T (Tara) and so on? If so you can look the haplogroup up on the net & that will give you a better idea of where your ancestors came from in antiquity.

Percentages are really not very good,as all Europeans came from elsewhere and most of the haplogroups are found in every European country,although some of course are found more frequently in certain regions than others.
