My DVD recordings break up after several play backs?

Question

When I record a movie off TV, and burn a DVD (using DVD-R, Memorex dvd disks) I can play it back on another DVD player, but after a while the movie will skip, or break up, and sometimes completely lock up. I can play it back on the original DVD recorder and it seems to have no problem.

try different dvd discs, or try using the programme dvd shrink. This is great, and they quality never breaks up. go to google and seach DVD SHRINK FREE DOWNLOAD, alternatively try and alter soem settings on your original burning programme.
