I just bought dancing with the stars game but the pad when i step on the pad the pad buttons don't work for some reason, what should i do?

  1. Take it back and ask for a new pad, explain it is defective.  Or, call technical support and see if they have any tricks that might get it working for you.


  2. Play with the remote control or buy a new one.
