My Delstar DS 1036 won't work

Sine your the master at most of these things I've decided to ask you for some help =]I just got this MP3 for my birthday (it's a Delstar DS 1036) on June 6thSo today June 14th, I tried to turn it on and all it says is "Starting . . . ."I think I might have to get new Firmware, but I don't know the company's website. Do you know what's wrong with it and if I need to get some new firmware?
