We r both married but Im crazy about him. I think of him at home,at work even at night...sometimes i cant sleep. When he took me to theatre,he gazed straight int my eyes,stoked my arm severally, held my hand tight....oops the current was overwhelming i felt so safe . I yearn for him..i long for his touch each day . Is this normal ?

nnnot really... I don't know the situation so I can't really render an opinion as to whether he's a perv or what. He might be a decent guy who really likes you, but either way...

It's not normal, be careful. That's creepy. He wants you. And if he already has a wife he needs to back off. The next time he does something odd say, "Back off!" and get away.

Find a new doctor.  This guy is breaking a lot of boundaries between doctor/patient that are there for a reason.  You don't take patients on dates!  This can get his medical license revoked.

sounds like your on the verge of an affair. either end things with your husband or stay away. affairs NEVER end good because someone ALWAYS finds out and you get caught and someone ends up hurt and it's not fair to either your husband or his wife.

yes it is because it happens with all couples. It is normal
