My Dog Makes High Pitch Noises?

Im Kinda Getting Worried About My Dog, He Keeps Making High PItched Noises, Like every 10 minutes. Im worried about him. Im afraid he is crying. Im not sure if he is sick. he is about to me 7 years old in human times. please help. and please dont just say its normal, give me an explaination please.

alright this happened to me with my dog, he is not sick. but he may be crying out for attention. my dog is quite the attention lover and would do the same. he also might be hungry, check his food and water bowls. Take him for a good walk. a lot of dogs make a high pitched whining sound when they are bored and need exercise. Try all those things and if things dont work and it goes on for awhile cal your vet to see if they can recommend a dog trainer/ psychologist.

It sounds like he may be in pain, especially if this is a new behavior for  him.  Please take him to a vet.  7 is fairly old for some breeds (you didn't say which breed your dog is) and he may have developed an age-related complication, or simply eaten something he shouldn't have.

SOMETHING IS WRONG THAN AND HE PROBABLY IS CRYING TRY PUTTING A TICKING CLOCK UNDER THE PILLOW WHERE HE SLEEPS.

I have a 12 year old English Setter and he does make high pitch noises and I figured out that he is trying to say he is bored.  It stops the moment I make a move to get ready to go out.  I try to walk on different streets (I live in a big city and my dog is an apartment dog).  He likes to sniff the ground and everything and anything that you can think of.  It takes me 15 to twenty minutes to walk him around two blocks.  He is satisfied with that and is quite happy to just lie around after that.

You might try walking your dog more frequently.  It is great exercise for us humans and it does not cost us anything.  Smiles

I agree with the response of "legally blond lover" I think you should follow his or her advice.

After our walk he is just fine.
