My Dvds Stutters?

Question

I just bought a new dvd from Amazon (no visible scratches on it) and for some reason the audio seems to stutter. The video is good. I don't belive its my computer because it works with other dvds

Try is on another DVD player (not computer) with the correct region code. If the problem persists, return it. If the problem goes away, yo already have the answer.
