I sent in my claim form with 1¢ missing from the stamp (It was right when they changed it again). So the envelope didn't get there until much later. They sent me a letter for an interview, but since my mail gets sent to my mother's house, I didn't get it until AFTER the interview.
I called up EDD and they told me that I am not going to receive benefits for the 2 weeks on the late claim form. He also informed me that I can appeal the decision.
I want to know what happens in the appeal process, and what is the likelihood that I will win the appeal??
