My ELO touchscreen stays black, but the beep works

Question

I tested another screen on the same port, but that works OK. The ELO is the second screen on my PC. It doesn't even come up with the windows startup screen, which it did before today. Restart doesn't work. Any idea? Besides hardware failure? Ay Windows startup I see a very little flash on the edges.
