  1. I agree to Jennifer 's idea.

  2. CHEAT IN EXAM LIKE ME AND IM NOW A BUSNESSMAN HAVE LOTS OF MONEY,ITS TRUE.

  3. Don't cheat.  It won't take you where you want to go.  Further, your teachers are likely to catch you.  I have taught ESL for over 15 years and have caught several students.  This can lead to your being kicked out of school, which leaves you worse off than taking ESL for two years.

How do you improve?  You need to spend as much time with the language as possible.  You need to use it for listening, speaking, reading, and writing.  If you're planning on pursuing a degree in English, you need to give yourself opportunities to learn academic language, not just the language you hear in movies or popular fiction.

I don't know where you live, so I don't know what chances you have for doing this daily.  One source for great listening activities, since you clearly have online access, is at npr.org.  This is National Public Radio in the US.  There are a wide variety of programs that you can listen to, most on more academic topics than you'd get through the soaps that seem to be the main export of American television.  I access it through michiganradio.org; click on "schedule," and then, if you click on a program, you can find information about the program, including previous programs for you to listen to.

There are also a variety of texts that you can use to prepare for the TOEFL, which is what you're going to have to take to get into an American college or university.  If you visit ets.org, you can find a link to TOEFL which offers not only information about the test but also chances to practice it.  The newest form of the test integrates (combines) skill areas.  For example, you have to read and listen and then write about a topic.  Check out ETS; you'll get lots of good information.

Another good website is eslcafe.com.  This is the site for Dave's ESL Cafe.  It's a great place to share information and practice your English.

Unfortunately, the only real way to improve is practice, practice, practice.  You're going to have to decide that this is your goal and let nothing stand in your way.  You cannot give yourself excuses not to work on your English.  It must be priority number one if you really expect to improve so quickly.
