My Excel is all Jumbled?

My excel is all jumbled up when I open it, its all letters and symbols. I don't know much about Excel but I guess it is a PDF file if that means anything?

PDF is a file format created by Adobe Systems.  It needs to be opened with a PDF reader.  MS Excel will not be able to read the file correctly.

In order to edit the document you likely need to purchase a program made for PDF editing.
