My FEDEX package is "in transit" on a friday night?

Thing is, is that Dell shipped my computer via FEDEX ground, and I heard that FEDEX ground doesn't deliver on Saturdays. What does it all mean?

Fed ex does delliver on Saturdays and Sundays in fact, just depends on how close you are to the distribution center. They will send out trucks local but not far on weekends. You can also call the 1 800 number for Fed ex and ask them exact when your item will be delivered.

They shipped it, it is at the warehouse, and will be to you sometime next week.

That the package is currently en-route to be delivered to you around the estimated delivery date.

If they don't deliver on Saturdays, you'll get on Monday. It was probably in transit to a holding facility.
