  1. how much sleep do you get, and how often are you out in the sun?

lack of sleep and lts of exposure to the sun will both age your face regardless of any treatments that you do.

make sure that you get enough rest and wear sunblock.

  2. Drink water, water, water and then some more water!  And when you think you can't drink anymore water, DRINK SOME MORE!

I am 48 yrs old and don't look anywhere near that.  People comment that they think I'm 35!

Taking care of your skin is great, at your age!  But be careful of how often you're exfoliating.  If you have sensitive skin, that can really do a job on your face.  Also, you may want to check into this website for some great skin care products (Velocity) that work just for young skin:  www.marykay.com.

  3. Well, keep taking care of your skin like you are. That's good.

Try to stay out of the sun, and don't try to get a tan on your face, that can damage skin, and make you look a lot older.

    Get plenty of sleep.

You might want to check your diet too, it can affect how your skin looks, and drink plenty of water.

If it's really bothering you, you should talk to a dermatologist.

  4. Do you tan?  That makes your skin age very quickly.  Your regimen looks good so far.  I would try using a face mask -- that really helps to lift away impurities and makes you look younger right after you use it.

Also, the good-old boring stuff: drink lots of water, eat healthy, use sunblock and exercise.  Continue not to smoke & don't be a sun-worshipper if you are.

Also, if you have yellowish teeth, get them whitened (you can use over-the-counter if you want the cheaper version) and take care of your hair by not using too much product, keeping it clean & trimmed, too.

    Hope this helps!

  5. Is your air conditioner or furnace a lot of the time in your house? Sometimes, that can be the problem to dry skin. When it is really dry outside and not a lot of humidity, especially in the winter I am proned to dry skin. You can try those olay rengenerous treatments.  Those are suppose to reduced the signs of aging. I'm sure you can find one those Olay things for specifically dry skin. You could try the lotions that are designed for your face.  If all else fails go to a dermatologist, I think there might be a prescription for this possibly.
