Well Steve Smith is suspended, so I suppose he needs to be on your bench.  But I would definitely be looking to upgrade at the Wide Reciever position, as your current two starters are barely even Tier 7 WR's...try to pick someone up off free agents with more talent to keep you afloat till smith comes back.

Oh, and get rid of your second kicker...having two kickers is a waste.

And start cutler over kitna for sure
