  1. Before you sign a waiver, consult your attorney.  What are your options?  What are the risks?

    If you want notification and accounting, do not sign the waiver.  It imposes extra work on the executor, but it provides you with information.


  2. NO! Do not sign the waiver! Otherwise you will have know idea what is going on or what was done.
