  1. Hey I'm scared too. But the dangerous parts are the taking off and landing, not the turbulance. Once in the air the plane is all computer done and it's not problem. With turbulance, because of the way the air works, even the plain dropped like 20 feet (which it wont) a patch of air will always catch the plane.

  2. Just acknowledge that turbulence is a natural thing.  It's like driving a car on a bumpy road; it's not pleasant but it's not particularly dangerous.

As they say, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Also keep busy, read, watch a video or listen to music so you won't think about what could go wrong.

  3. put your headphones on sit back relax and think

I HAVE TO DO THIS TO HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY AND ITS NOT THAT BAD !

  4. Bring a really good book that you get completely engrossed in. You won't notice the flight.

  5. Try and make yourself really tired and then fall aleep from beginning to end and eventually arriving to spain without any worries.

It's extremely very very rare for a plane to go wrong.

  6. I know someone that got a mild sedative from the Dr. This seem to help them when they flew to Spain. If not you could always try listening to self help cd through ear phones, or try bach rescue remedy spray.

  7. Oh turbulence is not a problem.  Planes are designed for turbulence.  An analogy I like to use is...A Ferarri is designed to drive very fast.  It can drive at slow speeds just fine, but they are made to go FAST.  An airplane is designed to fly in turbulence.  Of course it can fly in smooth air perfectly fine, but they design them to fly in turbulence.  Turbulence actually makes the flight more interesting and keeps the pilots alert.
