Start with getting a video camera and making a bunch of short films with your friends.If there are local art house theaters where you live sometimes they will let you play your films there, or you could see if there are short film contests where you live and enter your films in those. Whenever there is a contest that involves making films enter those. When you go to college go for your degree in Digital Film and Arts.
