My First Year! Serious answers only pleasee (:?

Okay, i'm going into high school and i'm pretty nervous. what my concern is, is high school as bad as they make it seem to be? like do the seniors really beat up on the lower grades? i mean i'm not skinny but i'm not like morbitly obese, i mean i am big but i don't think i'm hideous so i'm afraid since i'm not a hot little skinny girl that everyone will hate me and bully me because of my appearance. and i really didn't have that big of a problem while i was in middle school, i mean every once in awhile people would say something or make fun of me but it didn't really bother me, but i just want to know if since its high school are people meaner? i mean i know some people are going to be but are a majority of them really mean?

generally no, seniors dont beat up freshmen. only if a freshman is being a complete idiot, then yes they will beat that person most likely. I suggest not messing with or pissing of the upperclassmen, sophomores too.

I am a freshman and just started 3 weeks ago. Nobody bothered me and I didn't get beat up. Boys don't like stick thin girls, they like girls with curves even though I don't have any =) Their are the mean people but just avoid them and be involved. Majority of them are super nice, just get to know them.
