my fish was really fat it looked pregnant.. and looked like it was bleeding through its fins and would stay at the bottom.

Sounds like septicaemia usually caused by poor water conditions.  It can be treated with Maracyn 2 but you need to correct the problem as well.

sounds like either a bacterial infection or ammonia poisoning-have you checked ammonia levels? if they are ok then treat with maracyn 1+2 or an antibacterial medication if you can't get maracyn

Our little fishes had the same thing. Unfortunately they died and we had to give them the proper send off. It could be something else, though. I could be wrong.
