My Fish has an open Sore..what is it?

My Dwarf Gourami has what looks to be an open sore on his face near the corner of his mouth. It actually looks exactly like a large human-sized pimple with small white stuff seeming to come off the tip and it is red underneath. I just want to categorize this so I can know if I need to get medicine or if it will go away on its own. Any information would be great!! Thanks.

it maybe a parasite, first which comes to my mind, and anyhow you need to get a vet to see it, don`t try to rely on yourself or just advices
