My Flowering Crab doesn't flower any more, WHY?

Question

I have a flowering crab, actually it's a weeping flowering crab. It's about 6 yrs old. It has flowered in the past but I had to move it about 4 yrs ago and since then it has never flowered for me again. Does anyone know why? Can you give these plants a fertilizer to make them flower? It's a little late this year to get it to flower but any thing might help for next spring.

Is it getting enough sun?  They want full sun.

I have several of these flowering crabs, and you didnt say where bouts your living, so not sure what kind of weather you have....and by all means you can fertilze these.....
