She's 16 and I'm 18, It's Her Idea, since her parents don't care and she gets all this abuse, she doesn't wanna live wit no other family members..she wants to stay here in hawaii..so is this kind of thing possible or not? please help me understand this situation

  1. Why don't you either Google it or go to an attorney nearby, don't ask people on Y!A I doubt there is going to be a lawyer or someone that can actually help looking around on here. It probably is possible, just ask around.  


  2. I agree that you should probably check with a lawyer. Y!A isn't exactly the best place to find this kind of information.
