I don't know why my G3 Kirby would work fine with the hose attached, but won't even start with the Tech Drive attached (nozzle assembly). The brush is new. I couldn't see any electrical parts on the Tech Drive that would cause this problem, unless it has something to do with the appendage that fits into the hole.I don't want to buy a new nozzle assembly if it's a different problem altogether. Any suggestions? Could it be soemthing else? This is the 4th thing to go wrong in about as many months, and I'm starting to fix the things myself to save at least on the labor.
