My GPS comes with MP3 ability, but how do I access it or put songs in to it?

I've tried looking through the manual, but all it says is how to use it once the songs are already in there. I've tried copying songs onto the SD memory chip it comes with, but that doesn't work. I've also tried loading songs throught the USB cord it comes with...that doesn't work either. Am I going about it wrong? Help Please :(

I know on TomTom units, you need to put all your mp3's in a folder called mp3.  Other units I don't know.  Have you tried the website for the company who made it?
