My Geforce 256 Card Sucks

Question

I just bought a new PC recently with a gforce 1 32mb card by 3d power I think. My PC spec is: P3 600 chaintech motherboard with via chipset 128mb Sdram win98 directx 7aHowever my old celeron 400 with 96mb ram and a voodoo 3 2000 beats the pants off my new PC when it comes to playing games such as quake and nfs4, its much smoother and 100% stable.The new PC is really unstable and only runs a few games. Others it just crashes halfway through loading. I've tried all the new drivers from nvidias site and installed the new directx but if anything this has made it worse.I'd be grateful if anyone can suggest anything, I'm really considering selling the gforce board and going back to the 3dfx camp.ThanksPinky
