My Grandad's Cousin's Daughter...Related to me??

I know that my grandads cousin rosemary's daughter sarah is related to me but how?? 6th Cousin? 4th cousin twice removed?? I am doing a family tree on facebook thats why I ask..

If Rosemary is your grandfather's first cousin, then Sarah is your mother or father's second cousin, and your second cousin once removed. When (if) Sarah has a child, that child will be your third cousin.

If Rosemary is his second cousin, add one to all the degrees but leave the removed as once.
