My Grandmother's artwork?

Question

She dismisses it as garbage and says that she does it for fun. I believe that she does it for fun but I also believe that she is self conscious. What is your opinion of it?

Excellent job. I love her shading and highlighting. It was hard to tell what medium she is using though, but I loved the work. This is not garbage.
