My Green Puffer Fish.?

I have 2 green puffers in a 15 gallon tank. they seem to get along great, but sometimes they sit at the bottom of the tank and are curled up in to a ball and turn an almost grey color. Is this normal or are they sick?

It is very normal for a puffer to change color and spots. I do however have to warn you that 15gal is extremely small for two puffers. They should be in at least a 100gal tank. It is the best for them. I do not mean to lecture you, but the main reason why they are probably so inactive is because they are in such a small tank. Good luck to you!
