My HD Television isn't putting out picture, HELP!?

I have a Westinghouse LTV-32w4 HDC widescreen dvd combo Hd Television, and it has recently stopped putting out picture. Before it stopped putting out picture, it was giving us this saturated orange picture. I have tried adjusting the settings on the TV, and nothing has seemed to work. I tried replugging in the wires, but that only made the picture disappear. PLEASE HELP!!!
