Netac c700 20G, few years old. Charges ok, but when it powers on, it makes clunking noises and then shows: "HDD not responding" on screen . Menu function works to main menu but it cannot find any files. Shows on screen when USB is connected with computer but computer does not respond. Have tried pressing reset, but no change.Should I just buy a new mp3 player? Next time I'll copy all my music files...Sara (Sydney, Aus)
