Question:

My HDTV is showing a green screen but there is sound?

When trying to watch cable through my Comcast cable box on my Sony Bravia TV, all I see is a green screen but I still can hear the sound from the TV show. However, I know that the TV itself is working because when you try to watch a Blu-Ray disc or use the Sony menus on the TV they work fine. Please help me!

  1. Have you selected the correct input?


  2. Recheck your connections, see if you have plugged the correct wire or cable to its correct area.

  3. ur tv's if section is fulty or video jack
