My HP C3150 on-off and copy light flashes even thou in the control panel says its ready and has 0 orders,?

I know, when those lights are flashing it means the printer is busy. This is for a home computer and gets very little use, it about 18 months old.

Recently encountered the same problem.  Unplugged the printer, plugged it back in and it's worked fine ever since.

It sounds like you are going to need to uninstall and then reinstall your drivers. Check out this website, to verify which lights are flashing and what pattern they are flashing in. It should help you figure out the flashing light pattern.
