My HP keyboard is not working!!!!?

My keyboard is not working...

I know that i don't need to change the battery or any thing like because my brother has had this problem a lot and has fixed it...

He says its because i exited something saying i have updates about the keyboard earlier...

I wanna play a full screen downloaded game so i cant use ths on-screen keyboard or it plzzzzz help!!!!

Try the following,

1. if keyboard uses a usb port, try to unplug it, and plug it into another usb socket,

2. if you have the software that is for the keyboard, you need to uninstall the keyboard software, cause some files might be corrupted, then reinstall the software.

3. go to the HP site, in the support section, search for download of latest software/driver for that keyboard, the model # of the keyboard should be on the bottom of it, do a search and download then install the software.

4. if all the above failed, may be try to hp help desk
