My HV-5 not working with Cabelas Off Road...

Question

my HV-5 not working with Cabelas Off Road Adventure 3. I go into windows XP control panel and do a the calibration stuff and everything looks good with the HV-5 wheel but in Cabelas Off Road Adventure 3 control options screen the HV-5 is not there. I ask adive from Activision games and they suggested update the driver, so i did that and also i got the newest DirectX from microsoft. any ideas on getting my wheel to work, its a good looking peice of equipment and i would really love to use it on this game. thank you
