My Hamster's "Area" seems to be swollen and had puss in it...what is it?

We didn't notice it before until we moved him into a new cage...his sheath is swollen and red and it seems to have puss in it..does anyone know what it is? I'm gonna take him to the vet tomorrow while I'm getting my cat fixed...if anyone has any idea please answer back.

please get him to vet he has an infection and it could spread through out its body

Please do a web search for "ask a vet".  There are a lot of free advice websites which can tell you what to do far better  than any of the non-vets here.
