My Hamster is fat what is a good way to get her in shape again??

I try everything to get her to be skinny what should i do??

The best things to do AND funnest.Get a ball let her roll in it once or twice a day.build a little play pen for her.get some little tubes and let her run around and play.handle her alot.get some wood chews to wear down her teeth(or something hard made for hamsters or gerbils).get her some toys to stay active. foods:get diet food get nutrients vitamins and minerals.give her a variety of food once in a while.

What kind of food are you giving her?

If you're giving her one of those mixtures of seeds, you should definitely stop that. They are verrry fatty, because the hamsters tend to pick out the seeds and nuts (FULL of fat) and don't eat the healthier bits. Start feeding her lab block type food. They sell Mazuri lab blocks for hamsters at Petsmart. That's a great alternative to seed mixes, much less fat and MUCH more healthy.

Try a fun looking wheel. Or maybe get a hamser ball and stick her in that. Let her roll around the house.

Under your supervision that is.
