which picture is better if I was auditon for Bernardo in West Side Story

I'd recommend the color shot.  They're going to see what you can do onstage, and the color shot is a good representation of a natural-looking you.  Plus it looks a lot more professional.  The black and white has too much attitude.

The black and white, but lose the distracting beard.  No offense, because you look great in the shot, but it kinda looks like you hit upside the chin with an axe.  Or maybe a brazilian landing strip wax job on a beard, just kidding.

For this particular role and play, use the black and white headshot.  It looks so much more like Bernardo--tougher, more edgy, stronger, and more street-wise.  You can use the color headshot for other roles, e.g. young professional, romantic comedies, guy nextdoor type roles.
