My Height is 5'7" would a 50cm seat tube and 52cm vertical tube fit me?

I'm already liking this Road Bike but I'm not sure if it would be okay for me. The seller told me that he could give me a longer stem to fit me better.

It seems like it would be close.  The  only way is to  ride it  and see how it feels for you.  If it feels too  small, maybe a longer stem will help.
