My Home theatre systems Rear right Rear left and center speakers do not work some help please?

hello i am really in need of some help. The home theatre system i have is this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8532938&type=product&id=1186008217365 All of the wires are inserted correctly but i just get no sound from those 3 speakers. Please help! D: thx!
