My House Is Due To Be foreclosed This Thursday,My Mortgage company wont give me the figures,I have the monney?

The letter they sent me with figures to be paid before sheriff sale I have. I called their lawyers last week and they are telling me it is a different number now and it can take up to 5-7 days to recieve,which will put me past sheriff sale. This is a payoff not a re-instatement.Can they drag their feet legally and forclose. I told her put a rush too. whats my recourse? I have 4 days.

you shouldn't have let it drag on so far, to get foreclosed on you had to of not payed your mortgage for months, and if you had called them they have programs to help with other options, you may have screwed yourself but good
