My I station PMP1000 won't turn on!

Question

I have just recieved an I station as my brother broke it, so I'm trying to fix it. All he gave me was the i station itself, WITH NO EXTRA's eg. pen, charger, manual, etc. So I just charged it with a OLD Nokia charger. It says Input 230VAC 50Hz 30mA, Output 3.7VDC 0.35A, Indoor use only. I plugged it in the mains and plugged the other end in the I station DUH. and it came up with a blue LED at the bottem below the screen. I left it there for 24 hours. I then tried to turn it on and it DID NOT TURN ON ARRGGGGG
