My ID asergbhyt Password isBakery.Need to see My portfolio.?

Above has been my ID and password for months.It always lrt me open My Portfolio. Now, you tell me it is not valid. very frustrated, Please HELP.

I am assuming that you are entering your correct username and password and Cap Locks are off. If so, I had this issue some time ago. I had to clear my browser cache (temporary internet files) and my cookies, then restart my browser. Once I did that, I had no problem logging in.
