My IE screen comes up sideways but the windows screen upon start up of right side up what can be done?

Try press

ctrl+arrow keys  left or right  (on key board)

If you are using graphic card, go to control panel

graphic card control panel

click rotate display & shift screen direction.

Sideways??  first time l heard of that. l would assume it's the same bug that's scr**ing with peoples comp's. Google malware and see if it makes sense.

Looks like your screen got set to display vertically or horizontally or whatever. Right click your desktop and select properties. then settings. From there select your video card's control Panel. Depending on what card, Nvidia or ATI, you'll need to find the section that deals with screen orientation. Both have it.  Nvidia's is Rotate Display option.
