  1. It depends if your talking about an Internet IP or a LAN IP. If it's your Internet IP, then contact your ISP and see if they sell static IP's. If it's your LAN IP, check on your router for the option to configure a 'sticky' address based on your MAC address, or alternatively configure your PC with an IP outside the DHCP pool but still within the same network.

  2. i think it is normal,  my pc' ip also always change.

but if you doubt that, you can ask a favor to some network management tool. I am using capsa all the time. http://www.etherlook.com/?promid=ask

until now, no problem of my pc, it always steady and safe.

  3. This happens because your router is set to a dynamic I.P. setting.  Normally this should not be a problem for anything aside from hosting servers.  The dynamic I.P. offers many benefits to security, but if you want to assign your computer a static I.P. you should look in your router manual because it varies from router to router

  4. the dns IP u get after connecting to net is dynamic. the ip is assigned to u by ur net provider. u can buy a static ip by paying some price to the net provider.
