  1. Are you using a torrent program, or uploading pics to such sites as facebook?

This could account for the prob

But I don't get what ur ISP's Prob Is!!!

  2. For 700 MB, that's normal. It means for every 8.75 MB downloaded, you uploaded 1 MB. Anything you do online, your computer uploads information to the server. If your ISP is making problems over only 700 MB download and 80 MB download, unsubscribe. You should be able to download over 100 GB and upload over 50 GB per month without your ISP contacting you, so just quit from them.

  3. In the first place that is nothing. If they give you problems find a new isp.

  4. ur PC may b infected by spyware, or u use torrent all the time....

  5. You don't say what speed you are paying for or whether you are unlimited or on a cap. For what you have quoted there doesn't make sense! I don't do masses of downloads except my AV and other updates. Just general browsing and messing about, according to my logs I used for the last two months >

    June  2.235 Gb U/L 5.030 Gb D/L Total 7.265 Gb

    July   1.425 Gb U/L 6.136 Gb D/L Total 7.562 Gb

I think you ought to get on to them and ask them to explain what they mean.
